| By far - the most popular special event at Old Field is the Gourmet Wine Dinner, held the second Friday of each month and featuring a seven-course dinner with five wines specially selected to complement the menu.
More about food and winesSpecial care is taken in planning Old Field's Wine Dinners. Each Gourmet Wine Dinner is designed to demonstrate how a well paired glass of wine complements the food and to encourage the creativity of Chef Brendan Cahill and his staff. With a good pairing, the food and wine together enhance the enjoyment of the meal far more that either could alone. Other establishments may only showcase a dinner to sell wines. Old Field strives to give you a complete gourmet experience!
